  • How do I shop and checkout?
    • Select upto 2 items on the website, add to cart and proceed to check out. You will be required to fill in your details for shipping purposes. You will also need to supply your Credit Card details. (Don’t worry, we will not charge you just yet).
  • How many products can I checkout at once?
    • You can check out a maximum of 2 items.
  • Can I checkout different sizes of the same item?
    • If available, yes, you can. Again the maximum items you can check out apply.
  • How many days do I get to try the products?
    • You get three days to try the products. Your trial period starts from the day the courier delivers the product to you. Day of delivery is Day1. The next day is Day 2. The day after Day 2 is your third day. You will have to decide on what you will keep or return by the end of day 3 and advise us. We trust these 3 days will be enough for you to have fun with the clothes, pairing them up with your favourite accessories and checking them out in your own bedroom mirror.
  • What do I do if I want to keep both the products?
    • If you like them both, keep it and hit the confirm purchase button in the email we send you. We will now charge your credit card for the items you’re keeping. We advise you to confirm the purchase on day3 of your trial period.
  • What do I do if I want to return one or both items?
    • If you’d like to return, simply hit the Return button on the order’s email. This will direct you to a form on our website where you fill in the address you want the item to be picked up from and other details. Pack the item as it was packed when you received it, and put it in the courier bag provided. We will email you the courier tracking number which you will need to write on the package. The courier will then pick the item off you.
  • How do I pay?
    • We accept Credit/Debit card payment.
  • When will I be charged?
    • For items you are keeping, we will charge you as soon as you notify us about your decision by clicking the confirm purchase button.
    • For items you are returning, we will assess whether the returned items are in its original unworn condition. If your return is approved, we will charge you only for the items you have kept (if any). If the return is not approved, we will notify you via email and will have to charge you for it and send the item back to you.
  • What if I forget to push the “Confirm Purchase button”/”Return the products” button?
    • We will be sending you reminders on email to advise you that your trial period will be ending soon. If you do not send us any notification, after 2 days of your trial ending, we will have to understand that you wish to keep the product and hence charge your card for it.
  • Do I have to pay shipping?
    • Shipping to you and returns is free except for Rural deliveries where we may ask you to pay a shipping fee. We will unfortunately not deliver to PO Boxes.
